Salesman Ken Cheng was very personable and friendly, answered our questions, and addressed our concerns as well. Especially with the matter of pricing since the price must be right with furniture. He encouraged us to cross-reference prices on the spot, and there really wasn't a need in the end since they had the best prices as it is! Ken also made us aware of all the potential rebates and perks we could get from our purchases, and made sure we knew how to get them. Overall, great experience and would come again!

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. Growing up in the Diamond Bar area, SUPERCO has always been there for us whenever we need an appliance! This is where my Taiwanese parents buys rice cookers, water heaters, couches, pots and pans—what have you. Now we’re the ones shopping here, who would’ve known? We only come in once in a while because their appliances are quality (and rarely needs replacing), but it’s great that SUPERCO is such a cornerstone of the community. I ordered a washer at Superco at the end of April and wanted to have the washer delivered to my house before May. Ken, the manager of Superco, helped me and trying really hard to find the model I wanted. During this time, lots of containers were stuck at the port, and not many inventories were available. Ken was able to find me the washer after a few hours. I was so thankful that I could get the washer on time for my tenant to move in. Home Depot was not able to do it in a few days, plus they didn’t have lots of items in stock and have to wait 2-3 weeks. I am really pleased with Superco. It’s customer service and availability was great. I would strongly recommend this store, a super store to get house appliances. Thank you Ken, you are the best!

Superco always offers excellent customer service; their sales representatives are knowledgeable and very patient, not pushy at all. I bought a massage chair about two years ago after spending almost two hours trying every model of massage chairs, the sales rep took time to explain the different functions and features. And of course Superco offers the most competitive pricing; definitely my go-to place for furniture, electronics, and applications, big or small.
