Have been buying appliances from Ken the sales manager since 2014 back in their MPK location. Super friendly staffs and always have little surprise gifts for every customer. It’s really hard to find family owned appliances store that provides professional services and price matching. Hope their business stays strong in the years to come. I went in to look for a new blender for the summer and for my kids to use. Was greeted quite nicely when we walked in and the cashiers were very friendly. Purchased a Cuckoo hand blender for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to use and wash. 5 Stars.

I’ve been coming here for years and years now and I’ve always had help from Ken! He would be the first person to greet you when you arrive. I’d always ask him where everything is and he knows what to recommend and knows everything about anything I ask. This time I came in looking for a new refrigerator for our new house. He was able to direct me to where it was, while also suggesting which one I should get. Great customer service as always, and that’s thanks to Ken !

Nice selection of sofa colors and new design center for the home that I liked a lot when you walk all the way to the back of the store. I'm excited about getting some help design my new house with May. She helped me pick some stuff on their large iPad screen and finally picked a color theme for the kitchen.

Definitely your go to place for all things home appliance & furniture - best prices! I Had Kan help me out in the karaoke section and he was so knowledgeable. I came in and told him exactly what I wanted, he just told me what was the best and didn’t try to sell me anything else. I appreciated it. The check out was easy and fast.
